Rotary Draw Bending
Rotary draw bending is a top option of choice when it comes to precision. Its setup commonly entails a pressure die, which keeps the tangent of the tube in place. Then, a clamp die rotates the work piece throughout the bend die, which goes through a series of articulating balls on the very end to give the tube interior enough support. The pressure slide then provides enough support on the tube’s outside radius during the entire process.
